Step 1:
Being with around 1/2 cup of oil - pick your favourite! A few of our recommendations are: walnut oil, peanut oil, avocado oil, sesame oil or classic olive oil.

Step 2:
Mix in 1/4 cup of acidic juice or vinegar. Try balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, orange juice or lemon juice.

Step 3:
Add in flavour enhancers. Need a few suggestions? Try honey, shallots or garlic, soy sauce, tahini, jam, herbs, mustard or sriracha.
