How to Make Belgian Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Serve this warm, chocolaty dip with strawberries and/or other fruit.

Step 1:

Coarsely chop 150 grams of dark, milk or white Belgian chocolate.

Step 2:

Place 1/2 cup whipping cream in a small pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add chocolate, turn heat to low, and stir until it’s completely melted. Mix in 2 tsp. orange liqueur, or 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract.

Step 3:

Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl and serve immediately with strawberries and/or other fruit. If the chocolate mixture cools and thickens before you’ve gobbled it all up, warm a few seconds in the microwave to make it fluid again.
