Here’s a quick and efficient way to core and cut bell peppers.

Step 1
Trim 1/2” or so off either end of a bell pepper. Now make a lengthwise slit down the pepper.

Step 2
Lay the pepper flat. Insert knife into the pepper, and then work it around the inside wall of the pepper and remove the core.

Step 3
Cut cored pepper in half, and then cut each half into your desired shape. These could include larger cubes; julienned strips; and diced bell peppers, which means to cut into small 1/8” to 1/4” cubes.
