Savour your favourite summer flavours, like sweet corn on the cob.

Step 1:
Submerge shucked cobs in boiling water 5-6 minutes, depending on the size. Transfer cobs to a bowl of ice water and cool.

Step 2:
Drain corn well. Freeze corn whole or cut the kernels off the cob.

Step 3:
If freezing kernels, do so in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. When frozen, transfer to freezer bags, label, date and keep frozen.
