How to Make No-Cook Berry Sauce

This easy sauce can be made in a few minutes and is perfect to top everything from ice cream to pancakes.

Step 1:

Place 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) mixed berries, such as whole blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and sliced strawberries, in a food processor or blender. Add 1/4 cup icing sugar and 2 Tbsp. orange juice or orange liqueur. Puree mixture until very smooth.

Step 2:

Strain the mixture through fine sieve, using a whisk push out as much liquid as you can. You should have about a cup of sauce.

Step 3:

Serve sauce with such things as ice cream, crepes, pancakes and cakes, such as lemon, chocolate or cheesecake.
