Here’s a method for getting nice clean slices and cubes of ripe avocado for salads, sandwiches, salsas and more.

Step 1:
Quarter the ripe avocado lengthwise.

Step 2:
Pull the avocado into quarters. Discard the pit.

Step 3:
Carefully pull off the peel from each quarter avocado.

Step 4:
Each quarter piece of avocado is now ready for slicing or dicing, depending on what you need it for.
