How to Make Fruit Ice Cubes

Easy to make fruit ice cubes look beautiful in a cocktail or brighten up plain water.

Step 1:

Fill the slots of ice cube trays with whole and pieces of fruit, such as berries, peaches, plums, kiwi, mango and cherries. Add a fresh mint leaf to some of the slots, if desired.

Step 2:

Top up fruit with water or a favoured liquid, such as lemonade or juice.

Step 3:

Unmould and use ice cubes to cool and add colour and flavour to drinks. Such as sparkling water or wine, or cocktails.
