How to Make Asian-Style Cashew Dip

Try this versatile dip that pairs well with raw veggies or alongside grilled meats and seafood.

Step 1:

Place 1 cup of cashews(roasted and unsalted), ½ cup pineapple juice, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp. soy sauce, and 2 tsp. each of chopped fresh ginger, sesame oil and Sriracha in the cup that came with your hand blender.

Step 2:

Blend until smooth. Taste dip and season with salt, as needed. Dip could also be made in a food processor. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.

Step 3:

Spoon dip into a serving bowl. Serve with raw vegetables. This dip could also be spooned alongside grilled meats and seafood, such as steaks, chicken satay and prawns.
