Preheat your barbecue or indoor grill to medium-high. Grill the sausages 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through. Spread the inside of each bun with pesto. Set some mixed baby greens or leaf lettuce in each bun. Set a sausage in each bun, divide and top with remaining ingredients, and serve.
Note: Roasted red peppers are sold in jars in the pickle aisle. You can buy them whole or already sliced.
