Make the dressing by combining the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the greens among 8 small salad plates. Divide and top the greens with the shrimp, strawberries, cheese and almonds. Drizzle each salad with dressing and serve.
Note: To toast almonds, place them in a single layer in a small baking pan. Bake in a 300 degrees F oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
