Make the dressing by combining the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the greens among 8 small salad plates. Divide and top the greens with the shrimp, strawberries, cheese and almonds. Drizzle each salad with dressing and serve.

Note: To toast almonds, place them in a single layer in a small baking pan. Bake in a 300 degrees F oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this salad with toasted slices of foccacia bread. To make them, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the desired amount of foccacia bread, cutting the slices about 1/2-inch thick. Set the foccacia bread on the baking sheet. Drizzle the bread lightly with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
