  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F. Place fish in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Drizzle with orange juice; season with salt and pepper. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked.
  2. While the fish cooks, place oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. When hot, add onion, bell pepper, carrot, peas, bok choy, green onion and ginger and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the chili sauce, soy sauce and water and bring to a simmer. Turn heat to low and reserve until the fish is cooked.
  3. When cooked, set the fish on a platter or divide among 4 plates. Spoon the stir-fried vegetables alongside the fish and serve.

Recipe Options: Instead of basa, try another fish fillet in this recipe, such as snapper or cod. Try substituting snow peas for the snap peas. Instead of baby bok choy, use 16 to 20 small broccoli florets in the stir-fry.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the basa with a rice dish you create from a recipe in our website collection, such as Vegetable Fried Rice with Curry, or Almond and Raisin Rice Pilaf.
