Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the drumsticks on the baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Combine the plum and teriyaki sauces in a bowl. Bake the chicken 20 minutes. Baste with the plum sauce mixture, and then sprinkle with almonds. Bake 15 minutes more, or until cooked through.
Note: You can crumble the almonds by placing them in a small bowl and breaking them into smaller pieces with your fingertips.
