Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place halibut in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve halibut with a spoon of tartar sauce alongside. Any unused sauce can be stored in the fridge up to a week.
Note: If only large halibut steaks are available, ask our Seafood Clerk to cut them into individual-sized portions.
