Method

To prepare the salsa, combine the first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Place the halibut in a single layer in a parchment paper-lined baking dish. Drizzle with the oil and orange juice; season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Plate the fish, top with a generous amount of salsa, and serve.
