Preheat the oven 325 degrees F. Trim the ham of tough outer skin and excess fat. Score the top of the ham with a shallow, diamond pattern, if desired. Place in a roasting pan and bake 30 minutes. While this occurs, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. After 30 minutes of baking, pour 1 cup of water into the pan (this will prevent any glaze dripping in the pan from burning). Brush the ham with 1/3 of the glaze. Bake 20 minutes more, and then brush with 1/3 more glaze. Bake 20 minutes, and then brush with the remaining glaze. Bake 20 minutes more. Remove the ham from oven, loosely cover with foil, and rest 10-15 minutes before thinly slicing.
