  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern; making shallow cuts about 1” apart. Set the ham in a roasting pan, scored-side-up. Bake the ham uncovered for 80 minutes. 
  2. While the ham bakes, make glaze by combining honey and mustards in a bowl. 
  3. When the ham has baked 80 minutes, brush the top of it with 1/3 of the glaze, and then bake 10 minutes more. Brush with 1/3 more of the glaze and bake another 10 minutes. Now brush with remaining glaze and bake another 10 minutes, or until the outside of the ham is richly coloured and the centre is piping hot. 
  4. Transfer ham to a serving platter, tent with foil, rest 15 minutes, and then slice and serve.
