Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Trim the ham of any tough outer skin and excess fat. Score the top in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart. Set the ham in a roasting pan. Make the glaze by combining the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Bake the ham for 30 minutes, and then brush with 1/3 of the glaze. Bake for 20 minutes more, and then brush with 1/3 more of the glaze. Repeat the last step one more time. Remove the ham from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
