Preheat oven 325 degrees F. Trim ham of tough outer skin and excess fat. Score top in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts 1 inch apart. Place in a roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Bake ham 30 minutes, then brush with a 1/3 of the glaze. Bake 20 minutes more, and then brush with 1/3 more glaze. Repeat one more time.
Remove ham from oven and rest 10-15 minutes before carving.
