Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Combine the first 6 ingredients on a plate. Brush the tops of the salmon with the mayonnaise. Set a piece of the salmon, mayonnaise-side down, on the breadcrumbs to coat and then place it crumb-side up, in the baking pan. Repeat with the other fillets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through.
