Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place the salmon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush the top of the fish with the melted butter; season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half the dill or parsley. Bake the salmon for 15 to 18 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, place the wine, paprika and garlic in a medium-sized pot and bring to a simmer; simmer until the wine has reduced by half. Add the cream, bring back to a simmer and reduce the mixture until a lightly thickened sauce forms. Stir in the
shrimp, remaining dill or parsley and season with salt and pepper. Reserve the sauce on low heat. When the salmon is cooked, arrange on a large serving platter. Serve the sauce alongside for spooning on top.
