Method

Parsley sprigs and lemon slices for garnish.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine garlic, lemon zest, parsley and olive oil in a small bowl. Place salmon in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Spread bowl ingredients overtop. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon slices and serve.
