For the teriyaki ginger dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or glass jar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to drizzle on your bowl.
For the bowl:
Divide the rice between two shallow bowls. Divide and arrange the cucumber, cabbage, radish, and carrot on top of the rice. Set on an equal amount of prawns or cubed tofu and green soybeans on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and green onion. Drizzle each bowl with some of the dressing and enjoy.
Note: Large, cooked, peeled prawns are available in our Seafood Department.
