Method

Remove netting from each steak. With a paring knife, make a pocket in the side of each steak that’s large enough to hold the cheese. Divide and stuff the cheese into the pocket. Brush steaks with oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill steaks to desired doneness over medium-high heat. 3-4 minutes per side should yield them medium rare.
