Make the salad’s dressing by combining the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut the broccoli into florets, and then cut each floret into small pieces. Add the broccoli and remaining ingredients to the dressing and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve.
Note: Broccoli crowns are the top portion of the plant without the stem. They are sold that way in
the produce department.
