Combine marinade ingredients in a sided dish. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Heat the broiler and broiler rack for 5 minutes, placing it about 5-6 inches from the heat. Remove steak from marinade and place on broiler rack. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side, or a little longer if you like your steak more well-done.
