Method

Place ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Transfer dressing to a tight-sealing jar and refrigerate until needed. Will keep at least a week. Give dressing another stir just before serving.

Serving Suggestions

This dressing, of course, could be used to dress a leafy green salad strewn with a mix sliced raw vegetables, such as celery, radish, cucumber, bell pepper and tomatoes. You could also use it to dress coleslaw or potato salad.
This dressing could also be used as a dip for crudités - crisp, raw vegetables, trimmed and left whole, cut into sticks, and/or presented as florets.
