Method

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ham steak and cook 1 to 2 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to a plate. Add the tomatoes to the skillet and cook about 30 seconds per side then set on top of the ham. Add the eggs to skillet, season as desired, and scramble and cook to desired doneness. Set on top of the ham and serve.
