Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub ribs all over with spice mixture. Place ribs in single layer in a baking dish. Pour in orange and lime juice. Cover and bake 90 minutes. Uncover and cook and until nicely coloured, about 20-30 minutes more. Brush with pan juices a few times during this process.
