Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Add the oil and nutritional yeast and toss to combine, ensuring each floret is evenly coated.
  3. Set cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Roast 15 minutes, and then turn each piece of cauliflower over.
  4. Roast cauliflower 15 minutes more, and then turn each piece over again. Roast 20 to 25 minutes more, or until cauliflower is rich golden.

Note: Nature’s Way brand coconut oil was used in this recipe. It comes in a range of flavours, so if you don’t care for sriracha, use another type in this recipe. Nutritional yeast is sold in our Bulks Foods Department.
