- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Add the oil and nutritional yeast and toss to combine, ensuring each floret is evenly coated.
- Set cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Roast 15 minutes, and then turn each piece of cauliflower over.
- Roast cauliflower 15 minutes more, and then turn each piece over again. Roast 20 to 25 minutes more, or until cauliflower is rich golden.
Note: Nature’s Way brand coconut oil was used in this recipe. It comes in a range of flavours, so if you don’t care for sriracha, use another type in this recipe. Nutritional yeast is sold in our Bulks Foods Department.
