Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Heat the oil in a large skillet set over medium-high. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with the flour, shaking off the excess. Brown the chicken on both sides and then place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl; spoon over the chicken. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Divide the chicken among plates and spoon the sauce over top before serving.
