Chickpea Mango Wraps

For each wrap, spread 3/4 cup of Chickpeas with Coconut and Mango Curry Dressing down the centre of a tortilla. Top the chickpeas with 1/2 cup cooked, cold rice and a few salad greens. Fold over the sides of each tortilla and then tightly roll into a closed cylinder. Slice wrap in half and serve with chutney and yogurt, for dipping.
