Combine the first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the pork and turn to coat. Marinate 8 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the pork on a lightly oiled rack set over a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush the pork with a quarter of the marinade from the bowl and roast 10 minutes. Brush with a quarter more of the marinade and roast 10 minutes more. Repeat this step twice more, or until the pork is cooked. Place the pork on a platter, tent with foil and rest 10 minutes before slicing.
