Line a baking sheet with parchment, and then set aside. Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over simmering water. Remove from heat. Mix in the nuts. Drop tablespoonfuls of the nuts onto the baking sheet. Cool until set. Store, do not stack unless layered with parchment, in a tight-sealing container.

Note: We used a 300g Lindt Swiss Classic milk chocolate bar.

Serving Suggestions

Make and serve these clusters when you’re looking for a rich and decadent sweet that’s dead easy to make. If stored in a tight-sealing tin in a cool place, not the fridge or the chocolate will sweat, they will last 2-3 weeks and be at the ready when you need to quickly put together a holiday dessert tray.
