Place milk and honey in a heatproof bowl and over simmering water. When warm, turn off the heat, add the 2 oz. chocolate and stir until melted. Cool chocolate mixture to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate one hour, until chilled.
Fill a cocktail shaker half with ice. Add the chocolate mixture, zest, alcohol and cinnamon and shake well. Divide liquid between two chilled martini glasses. Serve with strawberries for dipping.
