Method

  1. Place milk and honey in a heatproof bowl and set over a pot simmering water. When mixture is warm, turn off the heat, add the 2 oz. chopped chocolate and stir until melted.  
  2. Cool chocolate mixture to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate one hour, until chilled. Mixture can be made many hours before needed. 
  3. To make the chocolatinis, fill a cocktail shaker half with ice. Add the chocolate mixture, zest, alcohol and cinnamon and shake well. Divide mixture between two chilled martini glasses. Sprinkle and garnish top of each drink with some chopped chocolate. Serve with strawberries for dipping.
