Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor or in the cup that came with your hand blender.

Puree mixture until smooth. Freeze the mixture in your ice pop moulds.

Keep frozen until ready to unmould and enjoy.

Recipe Options: These ice pops are not overly sweet, so it's best to taste the fruit mixture before freezing it. If you think it's too tangy, you can increase the amount of honey used as desired.

Instead of mango, try another fruit in these ice-pops, such as an equal amount of peeled and cubed papaya or pineapple. Use could also try using a 1 1/2 cup mix of peeled and cubed fruit, such as mango, kiwi and pineapple, or other combination.
