- In large bowl, toss together wings, soy sauce, oil, vinegar and pepper until well coated (can be marinated in fridge up to 4 hr. ahead).
- Place wings on grill preheated to medium. Grill, turning occasionally, 20 to 30 min. until wings are charred in spots and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
- Transfer wings to clean bowl. Toss with wing sauce. Serve immediately.
Alternatively, bake wings on parchment paper-lined baking sheets in 400˚F (200˚C) oven 30 to 40 min. until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with carrot and celery sticks and ranch dipping sauce.
