Place the butter in a bowl and beat until light. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except corn and lime slices. Cover the butter and store at cool room temperature until needed.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn, return to a boil, and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Divide the corn among plates. Serve the butter and lime slices alongside for slathering and squeezing on the corn.
