Bring a large pot of water to a boil to cook the corn. As it comes to temperature, place the butter, ancho and chipotle chili powders, cumin, hot pepper sauce, honey and parsley or cilantro in a small pot. Set over medium heat, and when the butter is melted, cover the pot, turn the heat to low and reserve until the corn is cooked.
When the water is boiling, add the corn. Return the water to a boil, and boil the corn 2 to 3 minutes. Set corn on plates. Brush each cob with some of the butter mixture.
Serve each cob with a lime wedge for squeezing; let diners sprinkle the corn with salt, to taste.
