Brush the steaks with oil and place on a plate. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then sprinkle and rub on both sides of the steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Allow 2-3 minutes per side for rare, 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, and 4-5 minutes for medium to well.
Recipe Options: Substitute the t-bone with another thick, tender steak, such as rib-eye, rib steak, porterhouse or top sirloin. Add other herbs or spices that appeal to the steak rub. Triple the amount of the herb/spice mixture you make and you will have some ready to go the next time you cook a steak.
