Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom and up 2 sides of a 9" x 13" pan. Place the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the honey and margarine or butter and mix until well combined. Spoon, spread and very tightly pack the oat mixture into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly golden and slightly firm to the touch. Cool to room temperature. Use a knife to loosen the bar from the sides of the pan. Grab onto the parchment paper extending up the sides of the pan and lift the bar out and onto a cutting board. Use a sharp, serrated knife to cut into 32 bars. Store the bars, layered between parchment or wax paper if stacking, in a tight-sealing container. The bars can be stored at room temperature for up to a week, or frozen for up 2 months.
