Heat the oil in a skillet over medium. Add the turkey and cook until cooked through and crumbly. Drain the excess fat and place in your slow cooker with the remaining ingredients, except the garnish. Cover and cook on the low heat setting for 10-11 hours. Ladle the chili into bowls, garnish, if desired, with cilantro, grated cheese and/or sour cream, and serve.

Serving Suggestions
