Make the relish by combining the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. (The relish could be made a few hours before needed. Wrap and refrigerate until needed.) Set an oven rack 6 inches below your oven’s broiler. Preheat the broiler to high. Set the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Lightly brush or drizzle them with the 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Broil the bread until lightly toasted. Spread the crostini with goat cheese and then set on a platter. Divide and mound crostini with the zucchini mixture and serve.
Note: The baguette used for this recipe was about 2 1/2" to 3" wide
