Spread one side of each bread slice with the cream cheese. Divide and arrange the cucumber slices, slightly over-lapping them, on top of the cream cheese. Trim and square off the edges of each sandwich. Cut each into quarters and arrange on a serving platter. Decorate the top of each sandwich with the radishes and chives. Keep the sandwiches refrigerated until ready to serve.
