Method

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix in the shrimp, green onion, red pepper and celery.
If desired, lightly spread the cut sides of each bun with butter. Set a lettuce leaf on each bottom bun. Top the bottom buns with the shrimp mixture. Set on the top buns and serve.
