Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine. Spread the cashews in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Place on a baking rack and cool to room temperature. Store at cool room temperature in a tight-sealing jar or other container for up to one week.
