Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450˚F. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange prawns, crab, scallops, salmon and lobster. 
  2. In a small pot and set over medium heat combine wine (or broth), butter, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic. Heat until butter is melted. Spoon all over the seafood on the pan.  
  3. Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just cooked. Garnish with lemon slices, sprinkle with parsley, and dig in.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the seafood with sautéed zucchini or steamed green beans, and boiled potatoes or Saffron Rice. You’ll find a recipe for the latter in our website recipe collection.
