Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat until lightened. Mix in the mayonnaise, garlic, cayenne and lemon juice. Mix in the tuna, artichokes, basil or oregano and salt.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide and spread the bread slices with the tuna mixture.
Divide and top the tuna mixture with the Provolone and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, and then serve.
