Cut the avocadoes in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Add the lime juice and, with a potato masher, mash the avocado until it is somewhere between chunky and somewhat smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with taco chips.

Serving Suggestions

Beyond using this guacamole for dipping taco chips into, you could also use it as condiment, to dollop and serve alongside grilled salmon or chicken breast, spoon on top of a burger, or roll into a wrap, burrito or fajita.

If you are not "feeding a crowd", the recipe could be cut in half. Canned jalapeno peppers could be used instead of fresh. Increase the amount of jalapeno peppers used if you like things spicy. Canned diced tomato could be used instead of fresh.
