Finely crumble the feta cheese into a medium bowl. Mix in the cream cheese until well combined. Mix in the oregano, garlic, lemon zest, cumin and pepper. Make a lengthwise slit in each date and pull out the pit. Discard the pit. Divide and stuff the feta cheese mixture into the cavity created in each date. Gently squeeze the dates to hold the filling in place. Arrange on a serving plate and cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
