Method

Place the sugar and cranberry juice in small pot. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture just to boils. Add the butter and stir until melted. Mix in strawberries and heat through, do not cook, about 1–2 minutes. Serve sauce hot, or, after sauce has cooled, store in a tight-sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week until needed.
