Place the strawberries and sugar in a food processor and puree. Push and whisk the mixture through a fine sieve. Place the resulting strawberry syrup in a bowl and whisk in the remaining ingredients. Pour into 4, 5 to 6 oz. parfait glasses. Freeze solid. When time to serve, allow the parfaits to soften slightly at room temperature 5 minutes. Garnish with whole strawberries and serve.
